I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful work you carried out at our home. The work involved the concreting of a 4 bay barn and the construction of a new concrete ramp to facilitate access for my mother-in-law who sadly suffers with Dementia. The quality of work was outstanding. My father who has a lot of experience with concrete work throughout his working life goes outside every time he visits and makes the comment 'that is the best bit of concrete work I have ever seen in my life'. The team you sent to carry out the work were so professional and efficient and always went the extra mile. The barn was a very last minute project to allow us to hold a party involving bouncy castles and 40 children! And you facilitated us! If you had not gone all out to complete this project, in the short space of time we gave you, we would have had a very disappointed 9 year old girl as that weekend there was an awful storm and the party would not have been able to go ahead outside. The concrete ramp at the front door was a life changer! My mother-in-law is now using a wheelchair and with three steps at the front and back doors we would not be able to get her in and out of the house with such ease. I will have no hesitation in employing you again for our next concrete project. It was a pleasure to have such friendly and kind people working around our home. The work was carried out with practically no disruption to our home life which was amazing, thank you for everything.

ARC carried out the pouring of a warehouse shed floor to a power float finish. ARC showed they had the ability to programme their works accordingly, meeting all project milestones with quality workmanship. ARC management and workforce were very health and safety conscious in their daily operations. Over time I have had the pleasure of working with the team, and I have admired your reliability and can-do approach. The Project was a great success and ARC played a major role in that.

I recently appointed Anderson Resolute Construction to complete a 20M long 1.8M high shuttered concrete wall, along with a raft slab 18M x 5M. I can truly say these guys are the definition of a 'no nonsense' company. Conal, Mark and the crew showed up when they said they would, they worked fast, efficiently and with absolute precision. All the crew were great, and they all work with a smile on their faces which is nice to see. I believe these guys are raising the bar in the concrete world, and fair play to them!! Would highly recommend them and happy to show anyone their work.

Over the years Anderson Resolute Construction Ltd has provided an excellent service during the safe delivery of reinforced concrete works on our infrastructure projects. As a supplier they have demonstrated a strong commitment to health and safety throughout, maintaining an outstanding safety record, achieving zero reportable incidents and being proactive during the delivery of their works. Particular praise is due to Mark Irwin for his professional approach and leadership. His ability to effectively manage works within some challenging environments ensured that operations were carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

We can confirm that Anderson Resolute Construction (ARC) has successfully completed multiple formwork projects across both the Building and Civil Engineering sectors for Raptic Contracts Ltd since June 2016. In particular. ARC has delivered several large in-situ concrete potable water treatment facilities for Raptic Contracts Ltd in conjunction with NI Water. These include the Derg Water Treatment Works in County Tyrone (2022), Balliurees Water Treatment Works in County Derry (2023), and Caugh Hill Water Treatment Works in County Derry (2024). In addition, ARC has completed numerous smaller improvement schemes. Across all projects, workmanship and quality were second to none, with minimal repairs or making-good works required. We have consistently found ARC to be highly professional and well organised, with a workforce that brings extensive experience to every Raptic Contracts project. We would therefore have no hesitancy in recommending ARC for any project in the water treatment sector.

In terms of quality of the formwork and concrete finishing, they have both been top notch. We have also received verbal comments in this regard from our client when comparing your work to others across their delivery framework. The professionalism and efficiency of your delivery team is very impressive. I believe this is down to the quality of the guys you employ and your own leadership of the squads on site. In my experience the management style of any company is reflected in the men they employ and I am pleased that our teams work very well together. Communication and planning with our own engineers has stood out and has led to the successful delivery of a number of schemes over the year. Health and safety is always a priority with Dawson Wam and this has been prioritised by both you and your site teams.

The work completed was to a very high standard with and an excellent finish. Tapered corners were install and there was no honeycombing. The works were vibrated and finished within all works dimension. The team were excellent. Very friendly and assisted with all on site activities. They complied with all H&S requests and were great guys to work with. The team was lead by Mark but all the guys were in tune with their tasks and worked without constant direction as they were very capable and professional. The works were completed on time. There was a delay put on us by the client and the team worked around this for us so that we kept to programme. This was hugely appreciated. We would highly recommend.

Right from the outset your professionalism to Health & Safety, Environmental considerations and also your input at design meetings was second to none. Our Client, NI Water know exactly what is required from the Contractors and you helped ourselves as Main Contractor demonstrate the high standard they expect. Finally, due to the complex nature of the tank the quality was exceptional and this was a your full teams efforts but I want to thank you for leading this team. We have 2 more complex tanks following on in Dromore WWTW around May 2026 and Strangford WWTW October 2026, and I hope you and the rest of the Anderson Team will be available to work again with us.
